Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development professional with experience building publisher relationships. This position would be focused on building out our publisher network and negotiate both long-term deals in addition to media buys. Must enjoy inside sales, have excellent communication and presentation skills. Successful candidates will have 3+ years of Account Management/ Business Development/ Online Sales experience. Candidate should be comfortable working with Media Planners/Webmasters and display the ability to develop relationships at all levels. Candidate should have significant experience within online advertising industry selling CPM’s CPC’s, CPA’s and hybrid models.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of professionals in creating and growing our media and publisher partnerships
• Make appropriate pricing and volume decisions
• Ensure that we have the publisher inventory to deliver against goals
• Negotiate and execute contractual agreements with publishers

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 3+ Years Account Management / Business Development experience
• Bachelor's Degree
